Letting go . . .

Letting go of people and traditions can be so hard at times because you invest so much in them, that to let go can be scary but it can't also be liberating or even essential to your happiness. If you don't let go, you can find yourself in a dark place unable to kick your worse habits, and sometimes if we truly love someone we have to be ok with letting go. Chaucer said "time heals all wounds" but what he failed to mention is that those wounds sometimes permanently leave their mark. They don't necessarily hurt anymore, but they're always there as a reminder.....a memory.... and as the time passes maybe the memories get a little fuzzy. But we always have the scar to remind us that it happen, that we lived through it and we survived. 

Love is passion, obsession, someone you can't live without. If you don't start with that, what are you going to end up with? Fall head over heels. I say find someone you can love like crazy and who'll love you the same way back. And how do you find them? Forget your head and listen to your heart... Run the risk, if you get hurt, you'll come back. Because, the truth is there is no sense living your life without this. To make the journey and not fall deeply in love - well, you haven't lived a life at all. You have to try. Because if you haven't tried, you haven't lived...*¨*•.¸¸❤
